| Roman salad with orange: |
| - 3 big oranges |
| - a Roman lattuce |
| - some rucola leaves |
| - a lemon, a spring onion |
| - oil, salt |

| Wash and dry the lattuce and rucola. Grate some orange peel, then peel all the oranges and cut into slices; peel the onion and cut into slices. |
| Prepare the seasoning: 2-3 spoon fulls of oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of the grated orange peel, and salt. |
| Arrange the salad, oranges and onions in a bowl and add the seasoning just before serving. |
