Roman salad with orange:
 
- 3 big oranges
- a Roman lattuce
- some rucola leaves
- a lemon, a spring onion
- oil, salt

Wash and dry the lattuce and rucola. Grate some orange peel, then peel all the oranges and cut into slices; peel the onion and cut into slices.
Prepare the seasoning: 2-3 spoon fulls of oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of the grated orange peel, and salt.
Arrange the salad, oranges and onions in a bowl and add the seasoning just before serving.
