This month:
 
Lemmon or Orange Pudding:
 
- 6 yolks
- 6 spoons of sugar
- a lemon or an orange
- a full spoon of flour

In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the grated peel nd juice of the chosen fruit..
Add the flour and the whisked egg whites.
Pour into buttered dish and cook in a bagnomaria in a medium teperature oven.
When the pudding is ready let it cool, ther remove and serve it with an orange or lemmon sauce or with cream.
