| Lemmon or Orange Pudding: |

| - 6 yolks |
| - 6 spoons of sugar |
| - a lemon or an orange |
| - a full spoon of flour |

| In a bowl mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the grated
peel nd juice of the chosen fruit.. |
| Add the flour and the whisked egg whites. |
Pour into buttered dish and cook in a bagnomaria in a medium teperature
oven.
When the pudding is ready let it cool, ther remove and serve it with an
orange or lemmon sauce or with cream. |
