Lemon and mushrooms linguine:
 
- 400 grs of linguine
- 300 grs of cultivated mushrooms
- 2 lemons
- minced parsley
- oil, salt and pepper

Clean the mushrooms with a napkin, cut in to slices and cook with four spoons of oil, on a low heat for 20-25 minutes, add salt and pepper, a spoonful of parsley and the juice of a lemon.
Meanwhile cook the linguine, drain and season with four spoonfuls of oil, the juice and grated rind of half a lemon.
Add the mushroom sauce and serve.
