| Oriental swordfish |
| - 300 grs of swordfish cut to thin slices |
| - 200 grs of mixed salad (rucola, lettuce, trevisana etc.) |
| - 3 lemons, parsley |
| - oil, salt and pepper |

| Place the sliced swordfish on a dish, season with a touch of oil, and a lot of lemon juice, salt and pepper. |
| Cover the dish and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours. |
| Cut up the salad and add some fresh parsley. Place the sald
in the middle of a dish and arrange the slices of fish. Decorated with slices of lemon. |
