Oriental swordfish
 
- 300 grs of swordfish cut to thin slices
- 200 grs of mixed salad (rucola, lettuce, trevisana etc.)
- 3 lemons, parsley
- oil, salt and pepper

Place the sliced swordfish on a dish, season with a touch of oil, and a lot of lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover the dish and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Cut up the salad and add some fresh parsley. Place the sald in the middle of a dish and arrange the slices of fish.
Decorated with slices of lemon.
