Grapefruit Chicken:
 
- 1.2 Kg of chicken
- a grapefruit
- 30 grs of butter
- ½ glass of oil
- a small glass of brandy
- an onion, a cooking cube, salt and pepper

Brown in a large tray with oil and butter a sliced onion and add the previously browned pieces of chicken. Cook the chicken for half an hour on a low heat, then add the brandy and let evaporate slowly, turning the chicken regularly.
Continue cooking for another ten minutes.
Add a cooking cube and a ladle of hot water and some pepper. After ten minutes, remove the chicken pieces and add to the remaining sauce the juice of a grapefruit, bring to the boll for two minutes adding salt.
Put the chicken pieces back in the tray and cook for another five minutes approximately. Serve in chicken from the tray.
